This self-guided course takes youth and adults of all ages through an assortment of fitness tests. Includes pull up bars, sit-up/push-up station, and wooded 1-mile walk/run fitness trail. You don't have to be an Olympian to have fun at the course. Test your skills at your own pace and work to improve for next time.
