This program introduces climbers to climbing on natural rock, as well as rappelling. Taught by certified climbing instructors, you will be fitted with professional climbing gear and will be climbing in no time! Learn how to spot someone even if they are bigger than you. Practice hand and footholds, and learn about why climbing is all about trusting your legs and testing your center of gravity. All rock climbing activities use the top rope method for anchoring.
